Consciousness practices serve as powerful tools to foster deeper connection with ourself, others and nature, as well as an increasing circle of identity, care and responsibility.
Since March 2023, the Alliance offers sessions on “consciousness practices for food systems transformation”.
These sessions offer an opportunity to learn about and experience a variety of consciousness practices, such as: nature connection, mindfulness, deep listening, emotional awareness, compassion training, non-violent communication, and conflict resolution. These practices serve as powerful tools to foster a deeper connection with ourself, others and nature, as well as an increasing circle of identity, care and responsibility.
Participants also explore collectively how they can be integrated into our daily work and projects, so as to contribute to more regenerative food systems.
During these sessions, participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in various consciousness practices. This is a space for personal growth and collective empowerment, where participants can connect to their inner strength and wisdom, unlocking the potential for meaningful change in our own life and beyond. Together, we’ll explore how to bring about a ripple effect of positive impact in the world.
