Pioneering the application of consciousness approaches and practices across food systems.
CoFSA Interventions focus on working with governments, companies, farmers and development practitioners to support food systems transformation across three main areas:Â Â
Food Systems Policy and Pathways
Sustainable Landscapes
Supply Chain TransformationÂ
As part of its co-creation methodology, CoFSA organizes Collective Inquiries with multiple organizations and networks to shape these different workstreams. Discover the 3 Collective Inquiries of 2023:
to delve into strategies that support the well-being and psychological resilience of farmers around the world.
to explore how to help cultivate conscious and regenerative mindsets, values and cultures among local communities to support the adoption of regenerative agricultural practices.
to promote traditional cultural practices and knowledge that support regenerative food systems.
For more information on these areas of interventions and to read practical examples, please see the CoFSA Rationale for Action Report (Section III)Â and the Collection of Case Studies.
CoFSA’s principle of cultivating inner capacities emphasizes the need for context-specific and culturally relevant interventions, founded on respect and equity, as well as awareness of power dynamics. These interventions should be supported by a diversity of evidence and knowledge.
