User access — When registering on the Events page, users will be required to submit data, including Contact Data and Personal Data as defined in our Privacy Policy. Such data may comprise name, surname, country/location of the event, email address and area of expertise of users and, where applicable, the name and contact details of the organization or company they are representing or working for. All information shared with the website will be identified with the users' name and/or affiliation. All Personal Data will be treated in line with the Data protection and privacy notice.
